SEASONAL PITCHES
Minimum booking twelve weeks. We only offer hardstanding with electric hook-up as a seasonal pitch.
For seasonal pitches we do not charge extra for dogs, awnings, extra cars. However, we do not permit children to stay on a seasonal pitch.
We also reserve the right to ask individuals to leave if they are being, disruptive, abusive or are in any way causing issues with our other customers.
If you are only booking for part of the high season or part of the low season, the cost will be prorated based on the prices below.
LOW SEASON RATES
PER 12 WEEKS’ STAY 1 October 2022 – 31 March 2023
10% discount, so a day rate of £24.30 (from £27.00) per night or £170.10 per week = £2041.20 per twelve-week period – to be paid in three x four weekly instalments. The first payment of £680.40 is due on arrival, followed by two further payments of £680.40 each at the end of each four-week period.
HIGH SEASON RATES
10% discount so a day rate of £31.50. (from £35.00) per night or £220.50 per week = £2,646.00 per twelve-week period – to be paid in three x four weekly instalments. The first payment of £882 is due on arrival, followed by two further payments of £882.00 each due at the end of each four- week period.

If you wish to renew your booking, we will offer the booked pitches to you two weeks before the end of your booking. If you do not wish to renew, then we will offer the pitch to other clients awaiting a seasonal space. We may need to relocate you to another pitch every quarter should you wish to extend your booking.
